The Arts Council of Anne Arundel Council provides opportunities for public and private schools to receive grant funding to support their arts curricula.

We grant both auditorium, as well as, residency grants to enhance the school arts curricula. School are encouraged to apply for both grants. Recognized artists are listed in the Arts-in-Education booklet available for download under the "download" section of the main home page. Grant applications are also available under the download section.

In addition, the Arts Council, in collaboration with the Anne Arundel County School Board, hosts a teacher instute to encourage arts integration into all curricula. The 2010 teacher institute is scheduled for Saturday, October 2, 2010. Please call the office for additional information- 410-222-7949.
