Art scenes in Annapolis, Baltimore win high marks E-mail

Baltimore and Annapolis rank among the best cities for art lovers, according to readers of AmericanStyle magazine.

Readers voted Baltimore No. 9 on its list of big cities and Annapolis No. 13 on its list of small towns. New York City held the top spot, followed by Chicago and Washington, D.C. Among towns with less than 100,000 residents, Santa Fe, N.M., Asheville, N.C., and Sedona, Ariz., were ranked the top three favorites.
